The Real Number System Interactive Sorting & Classifying Activity is a great way to review the subsets of real numbers (irrational, rational, integers, whole numbers, & natural numbers)...no paper required!

This Google Slides digital resource contains 2 interactive student slides. Students sort statements into boxes based on whether they are "always true", "sometimes true", or "never true" on the first slide, and practice classifying numbers on the second slide.

In order to use this resource, each student who will be completing the activity needs a Google account and Internet access. (Teacher directions are included to assist you in implementing this digital resource in your classroom.) Don't have access to the necessary technology to implement this activity or looking to supplement it with notes and additional practice? You can get an old-fashioned paper & pencil pack of Notes & Practice Activities on the Real Number System and Properties of Real Numbers here.

This is the perfect way to bring technology into the math classroom, particularly for 1:1 Chromebook or IPAD classrooms and GAFE schools.
